Larsson & Scheuritzel P.C.’s litigated matters are typically complex and include such diverse areas as banking, bankruptcy, corporate and partnership governance, construction, commercial and government contracts, employment, insurance coverage, business torts, interception and misuse of electronic communications and services, civil and criminal antitrust and securities, leasing, libel, professional malpractice (non-medical), workouts, and real estate. Many of the firm’s litigation cases come from the construction industry, encompassing bid protests, claims by and against owners, disputes between contractors and subcontractors, real estate development, and project financing.

Our firm has extensive experience with cost-effective management of voluminous electronic and paper discovery materials, and we work closely with clients to manage the discovery process. Many of our litigated matters end in mediation (see Commercial Arbitration & Mediation).

Over the years, our clients in litigated matters have included internationally-owned and Fortune 500 and other large publicly- and privately-held United States corporations, joint ventures and partnerships, major banks and hospitals, heavy and highway contractors, general and specialty contractors, entrepreneurs, architectural, accounting, and law firms, as well as individuals and small businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region and elsewhere.
