Welcome to the new website for Larsson & Scheuritzel P.C.!

In addition to presenting the more recent additions to our team, we’re excited that our site unveils our new logo. It’s inspired by the quilt that hangs in our Philadelphia office’s conference room, a traditional log cabin quilt sewn in hand-dyed batik fabrics by our firm administrator, Anne Larsson.

The log cabin quilt block traditionally symbolized the walls of a building surrounding a warm hearth. The design gained popularity during the Civil War, and may even have gotten its inspiration from the log cabin where Abraham Lincoln was raised. We like how the red square in the middle of the block says something about our main office’s location in Centre Square—the heart of Center City Philadelphia. And finally, Anne’s quilt assembles the log cabin blocks into a formation known as “barn raising,” referring to the collective efforts of diverse parties toward a common goal.

So we thought the quilt design was a perfect representation of so much of what Larsson & Scheuritzel does: real estate with a grounding in history and geography, a fresh approach to traditions, and teamwork. We love how graphic artist Veronica Miller captured it in icon form.

We hope you’ll take a moment to look around the new site and learn more about who we are and what we do.
