Justin Miller has over 25 years of experience at Larsson & Scheuritzel P.C. and its predecessor firm, during which time he has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial matters, involving both transactions and civil litigation. Recent transactional matters include a broad range of acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of large-scale commercial real estate throughout the United States. Justin has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and borrowers. The parties in these transactions include both private parties and government entities.
Justin’s experience includes development of undeveloped real estate, de-malling of existing shopping centers, redevelopment of industrial areas, CC&R’s, development agreements, alternative energy agreements with public utilities, wetlands mitigation, brownfields, the purchase and sale of real estate assets, commercial lease negotiation, refinancing, negotiation of limited liability company agreements, and corporate documentation associated with his clients’ business needs. Recent litigation matters involve commercial real estate disputes, commercial loan disputes, construction litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. He appears regularly in the state and federal courts in the Philadelphia region.

Before law school, Justin spent a number of years managing new car dealerships in New England. This hands-on business experience helps him to understand his clients’ perspectives in business matters.
Prior to practicing law in Philadelphia, Justin was a law clerk to the Honorable Jane R. Roth, United States District Court for the District of Delaware, after which he worked at an international law firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office doing mergers and acquisitions litigation and transactional work.
Justin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, cum laude, in 1989, where he was a Comment Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and Order of the Coif. He received a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983.
